Registration will be open from 6.00am. You are free to start any time after you check-in.
Control card will be scanned at start / finish. It is not essential to have the card scanned in Donard or Rathdrum.
There will be a water stop in Kilbride and on Slieve Maan.
Food stops in Donard and Rathdrum.
Please co-operate with the Dublin Civil Defence who will be looking after health and safety and our marshalls.
Showers are available in Shoreline Leisure Center when you get back.
Some light refreshments will be provided at the finish.
The organisers wish all participants a great day on Sunday. Remember it is NOT a race so relax and enjoy the spin.
